Terms & Conditions

Please take the time to read these terms and conditions carefully; on entering the premises of Fun Arena, you are asked to follow and adhere to the following entry and arena conditions. If you do not comply, you may be asked to leave and be removed from the premises by Fun Arena management, security or police officers – without any right to a refund. Fun Arena reserves the right to vary these entry conditions at any time without prior notice. By purchasing a ticket online or purchasing one in person and entering Fun Arena, you accept that you have duty to conduct yourself in a manner to ensure your own safety and for those around you and accept our terms and conditions.

Our Commitment to provide a product/ service:
Fun Arena will endeavour to make sure the arena and equipment is in use at all times advertised. However, Fun Arena reserves the right, without prior notice, to close and change the equipment/ opening hours. If Fun Arena feels it is not safe to have a section of the arena open or need to close the premises, Fun Arena has the right to do so at any time. This could be due to technical or operational reasons, capacity, staffing etc. 

Entry & Ticket Admissions: 

  • If you arrive at Fun Arena without a booking, you will be asked to wait until all pre-booked guests have been checked in. Please treat our staff with respect; rude or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave. We strongly advise booking online & signing your waiver prior to your arrival. Please arrive on time for your session, early entry will not be permitted.
  • Every ticket holder must sign our Fun Arena Waiver before entering Fun Arena. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have signed the waiver form before entering.

General Admission Refunds & Cancellations:

  • To be eligible for a refund for general admission you must contact us via email - (bookings@funarena.co.uk) at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Any cancellation made with more than 24 hours’ notice of the session booked will be eligible to a full and prompt refund via the same payment method.
  • Any cancellation made between 24 hours to 1 hour prior to the start of the session booked will be rearranged for another more convenient time and date. However, this booking is not eligible for a refund and will never be then eligible for a refund once moved, even if cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice on the next occasion.
  • If you request a refund after the time of your booking should have taken place, the booking can not be rescheduled or refunded due to that spot being taken and allowing others not to attend - staffing has already been put in place for those bookings also.
  • If fewer guests attend than originally booked, we are unable to provide refunds for those who do not attend on the day. Additionally, their tickets cannot be transferred to another date, as the reserved spots will have been marked as taken or sold out, preventing others from booking.

Special Events Refunds & Cancellations:

  • To be eligible for a refund for special events (such as Adult Takeover, Toddler Events, Discos, or any Seasonal Event), you must contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this timeframe.

Viewer Entry:

Adding a viewer ticket is mandatory to account for our venue’s capacity. Failure to include this may result in refusal of entry if we are fully booked.

Why do we charge for viewers?

The viewer fee helps cover essential costs, including staff wages, free parking, facility cleanliness, and the maintenance of our high-quality amenities. Please note that no additional service charges are applied. Thank you for your understanding & co-operation.

Normal, day-to-day socks MUST be worn at all times in the arena, and you will not be allowed to bounce without them or play within the Fun Arena Venue. 

Our right to remove you or refuse entry: 
Fun Arena, reserves the right to refuse admission to the site, ban from entry or remove any person at any given time. If Fun Arena feels an individual/ group is being abusive, discriminatory, aggressive, violent, threatening or violent, insulting words/ behaviour they will be asked to leave the premises. This will be done so without the right to a refund. If a person is found damaging or defacing any part of the Fun Arena car park, building, equipment, fabrics or any property – Fun Arena reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings and any costs incurred to be presented to you. 

Car Park: 
The Fun Arena car park is only for use for Fun Arena Customers. Tickets for Fun Arena can only be purchased on www.funarena.co.uk or on a walk-in basis at reception, dependant on availability - if we are at capacity we will then be forced to turn you away. We strongly advise always booking online online before visiting. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. Fun Arena takes no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle using the car park. 

Please avoid parking in front of our entry or exit doors, and use disabled parking spaces only if you have a valid blue badge permit.

The Hangar Restaurant & Bar:

Our restaurant is known for not serving the average play centre food! We serve breakfast daily from when we open up until 11:30am. This then changes service to our lunch menu at 11:45AM - every meal is made fresh in house and will take approximately 15-20 minutes. At our busy periods, the wait on food does become greater, we advise not to leave it to the last minute to order. Last orders for our restaurant need to be made an hour before closing. Fun Arena reserves the right to change these times and close earlier if we feel to do so. We ask all customers to make our staff aware of any allergies when ordering at the restaurant.

Birthday Parties: 

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party booking, with a minimum of 12 guests needed to reserve a party room.
  • All final details, including the final balance payment, must be confirmed 7 days before the party date. Fun Arena reserves the right to cancel any booking if the balance is not paid by this date.
  • Each party includes 12 complimentary viewer entries into the arena. Additional viewer tickets can be purchased at checkout to help manage capacity. Reserved seating is provided for party guests outside the party rooms. If more than 12 parents wish to stay, additional viewers are welcome in the party area but may not have a seat. They are free to find seating within the arena, but nearby seats are not guaranteed, as general seating is first-come, first-served.
  • Once final numbers are confirmed, refunds cannot be given for any children who do not attend. However, their spaces may be used by siblings or parents who want to join the party. No credit vouchers are available, as staffing and food preparation have been planned based on the confirmed count.
  • The party package includes 75 minutes in the inflatable arena and 45 minutes in the party room.
  • Extra guests on the day: If additional siblings attend without prior notice, they will be charged general admission, and their food can be ordered separately at the restaurant. Please note that their meals may vary, as party food is pre-ordered.
  • By booking your party, you agree to provide all final details, including the full balance, 7 days prior to the event.
  • The party organiser must ensure that all party guests have signed their waivers before arrival.
  • Guests understand that after their 75 minutes of playtime, they may not re-enter the main arena and must remain in the party area.
  • Parent Admission Ticket: This ticket provides access to the play equipment for parents who want to join the fun. A parent admission ticket is required for any child under 3 feet tall to be accompanied by a parent.
  • Once the party concludes, guests must leave the play area. To stay and play, standard entry prices apply, and guests must relocate to the main arena.
  • Party and food prices are subject to change without prior notice, even if a minimum guest count has already been booked.
  • You must notify Fun Arena of any allergies in advance of the party. These should be confirmed during the final confirmation call and email. If allergies are only communicated on the day, we may not be able to accommodate them.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed; all catering must be purchased from Fun Arena.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time to allow for check-in and a safety briefing. Late arrivals will not receive compensation for any missed time.
  • Fun Arena is not responsible for personal belongings. Please keep track of your items during your time in Fun Arena.

Amendments/Cancellation Policy:

  • Parties may be cancelled up to 14 days in advance, but the deposit remains non-refundable.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are charged the full party amount.

Discount Codes/ Offers:

Please note that only one discount code can be applied per booking. Once a discount code or offer has been applied, it cannot be changed after the booking is completed.

Email Sign Up Code:

The email sign up code is only applicable to general admissions bookings. This code can not be used for parties, group bookings, private hire, sky bar hire, family or group tickets.  The discount can only be applied to online bookings and not on a walk-in basis.

Winter15 Code:

• The code provides 15% off general admission tickets only.

• It is valid for bookings made between 1st December and 22nd December.

• The code must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.

• If you wish to move your booking to another date, the new date must also fall within the discount period (1st–22nd December).

10% Off 2025 Birthday Parties with Code: BDAY2025

• The discount applies only to birthday party bookings for 2025 Discount code must be applied at the checkout. This code is valid from December 1st - 31st.

• The discount code is only applicable to the birthday party guest ticket and not additional extras. A minimum of 12 is required to book a birthday party.
• Parties can be scheduled for any month of the year, but to qualify for the 10% discount, the booking must be made before the 31st December 2024.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
• Deposits can be transferred to a different date, but they cannot be refunded.

£5 Toddler Takeover

Offer valid only on specified dates and times within the promotional period 4th November - Friday 6th December.
2. Existing bookings cannot be switched to the £5 toddler takeover session.
3. Once the £5 session is reserved, it cannot be moved to a different date outside the specified booking dates. Any cancellation within more than 24 hours' notice of the session booked will be eligible to a full prompt refund. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the session start time will be rearranged for another more convenient time and date. If your booking is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled star time, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, the booking can be rearranged to a different date if needed.
4. Promotion applies exclusively to toddlers aged 0-5 years.

Loyalty Passport:

The Fun Arena Loyalty Passport is offered by Fun Arena and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The Loyalty Passport is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered booking holder.
2. Each Loyalty Passport holder is entitled to receive one stamp per visit, per booking - not per child within the booking.
3. Stamps are only given for general admission bookings and are not applicable to parties, group bookings, family tickets, or special events.
4. The promotional codes can only be applied once to a single booking.
5. The Loyalty Passport must be presented at the time of each visit to receive stamps.
6. Loyalty Passport holders are entitled to exclusive discounts using the provided promotional codes.
7. The promotional code can only be used against general admission bookings made online. The  discount is not applicable to parties, group bookings, family tickets, or special events.
8. The Loyalty Passport must be used within one year from the date of the first visit. After this the redemptions will no longer be valid.
9. Fun Arena reserves the right to amend or cancel the Loyalty Card program at any time without prior notice.

Fun Arena is not responsible for any loss or damage to the loyalty card. In the event of a misplaced card, a new one will be issued; however past stamps cannot be transferred, and the cardholder will have to start afresh.

General Arena Conduct:

  1. We strongly advise wearing long sleeved tops and long pants to avoid friction burns which can occur when participating on the Captains Castle and Sky Fort. 
  2. On the slides throughout the arena, always slide whilst seated, feet in front of you. DO NOT slide down headfirst.
  3. Only one person to go down at a time on the drop slides.
  4. Ensure that the slide exit is clear before starting your slide.
  5. NO rough play, wrestling, tackling or shoving.
  6. NO sitting or lying on the inflatables.
  7. NO food, drink or chewing gum allowed on the Captain’s castle/ Sky Fort. 
  8. Remove all items from your pockets before entering the arena
  9. NO keys, keychains, sharp or pointed items in the arena.
  10. NO belt buckles or studs on clothing.
  11. We also recommend the removal of all jewellery.
  12. DO NOT participate if you are pregnant or are suffering from any injuries. 
  13. Fun Arena is not responsible for customer’s personal belongings, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to look after their own belongings. (Free lockers are provided)
  14. Any under 5's playing within toddler land must be supervised by an adult at all times. 
  15. Do not allow children to take balloons onto the equipment (burst balloons and strings can be a choking hazard).
  16. No party-poppers, henna, face paint, coloured streamers or “silly string” can be used near or on the equipment, as these may permanently stain the castle, for which you are liable.
  17. Reckless or boisterous behaviour will not be allowed. 
  18. We understand taking your children out can be stressful at times, however if this taken out on our staff you will be asked to leave.
  19. No-one with a history of back or neck problems should be allowed on the inflatable/ Sky Fort. 
  20. Consumption of alcohol at the venue is optional and a personal decision. I agree to drink responsibly, and I acknowledge that I alone am responsible for all my actions, including damage or injury resulting from consumption of alcohol and that Fun Arena Ltd cannot be held responsible. 
  21. Whilst in the arena the use of laptop chargers & phone chargers is not prohibited. 
  22. I am happy with the T&C's, and I take full responsibility for the safety and use of the equipment throughout the arena. 
  23. The Waiver form must be signed, and the safety video must be watched before entering and playing within the arena.

We ask that if you have experienced any COVID-19 symptons that you DO NOT attend Fun Arena.
