Yes. Online booking is essential as we hate to turn people away when we are at full capacity. This is also appreciated so we are able to staff the arena appropriately to be able to provide you with a high service.
Within Fun Arena we advise you wear comfortable active clothing. Please arrive wearing normal socks, non-slip socks will not be permitted onto the equipment. Due to the nature of our castles, friction burns can occur - we strongly advise that you wear thin long sleeve top and pants. Without sock you will not be able to go on the equipment. Fun Arena will not be held responsible for any burn injuries.
Yes, every person who wants to participate on the equipment within Fun Arena must sign a waiver form. You must be 18 years or over to sign the waiver form for others. If you are 16 you can sign for yourself but no one else. Prior to arrival, please ensure that you have signed the waiver. Failure to do so will result in delays during the check-in process. You will not be granted access into the arena until your waiver has been completed.
Yes! Serving breakfast daily from the moment we open our doors in our Hangar restaurant till 11:30AM. Our Kitchen will then change over to the lunch menu from 11:45AM providing a wide range of refreshments from homemade meals and cakes. Taking you right through to the evening, we’ve got everything you need to help get you back in flight. Food service stops an hour before closing - please note we are within our rights to stop food service when we need to, Managers decision is final. Please note no outside catering or drinks can be consumed within the arena.
Yes! If you are not participating on the equipment but will be accompanying others, please register yourself as a viewer. This helps us manage our capacity effectively. Failure to do so may lead to refusal of entry if we are fully booked, with no entitlement to a refund.
If your booking is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, the booking can be rearranged to a different date if needed. Any cancellation made with more than 24 hours’ notice of the session booked will be eligible to a full and prompt refund via the same payment method. Any cancellation made between 24 hours to 1 hour prior to the start of the session booked will be rearranged for another more convenient time and date. However this booking is not eligible for a refund and will never be then eligible for a refund once moved, even if cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice on the next occasion. Any cancellation made with less than 1 hours’ notice of the start of the session booked will not be refunded or moved to an alternative day or time, and any alternative session booked will be charged at the standard admission prices.
To book a party at Fun Arena you can simply do so by selecting the party package you desire and the correct date. All our party bookings are for a minimum of 12 children which includes the birthday/children. Our parties tend to book up 3 months in advance for the weekends. We also host parties on Wednesday & Friday evenings after school. A 50% deposit is required when booking. Please note once parties are booked, these are non-refundable.
Party payments must be paid 7 days before your party date.
Yes, we have a number of lockers available free of charge - these are limited and on a first come, first serve basis.
All email enquiries are answered within 48 working hours. Please note we are closed Thursdays during term time. Our telephone lines are open Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 16:00. Please note our weekends are very busy and someone may not be available to answer the phone, in this case please drop us an email - bookings@funarena.co.uk and you will be responded too.
